I am starting this blog because I think I am like most people, sometimes it seems there is not enough time in the day to do everything. We often feel so much pressure at work, and to be successful, we can forget how important it is to balance in our life in other ways. Recently some members of our group made a trip to Chengdu China and also to Thailand. There they were able to enjoy a different part of their life, meet new people, learn different things and most of all, be away from the “office”. To balance your life does not mean you have to take a two or three weekend vacation. Try going to the beach for a few hours, watch the sunset or maybe take a walk through your favorite park. Listen to your favorite music, watch a good movie or read an interesting book. We can balance our life in small ways if we want to. Looking forward to other ways people can balance their life.
