✔ Individuals who have an interest in helping other adults reach educational goals and who are willing to participate in on-going training.
✔ Native English speakers and graduates who have a teaching degree in education or the equivalent.

All current classes will be held online, though in the future it is expected that we will operate learning facilities in different countries

As a Tutor/Teacher, the contractor shall have demonstrated a high proficiency in the English Language.  Though not required, to be a native of a predominately English Speaking country i.e. USA, Canada, UK, Australia etc., is preferred. 

As a Teacher, the contractor shall have met the following educational/experience requirements:

✔ A minimum of (1) one year teaching either native or non-native speakers.
✔ Holds a Teaching Degree (Bachelor or above) from a recognized. (Accredited) higher education institute (only for teachers. Tutors do not need a teaching degree) or
✔ Has been certified through TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) or
✔ Has been certified through CELTA (Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages)  or
✔ Has been certified through ESL (English as a Second Language) or
✔ Comparable certification programs.

As a Tutor, the contractor shall have met the following educational/experience requirements:

✔ To be a native speaker of an English speaking country or demonstrate a high level of proficiency in the English language.

✔ To have a minimum of 1 year teaching experience.

✔ The contractor shall have good communication skills, both oral and written; represent themselves and Dreams 'N Motion professionally during meetings with prospective customers.
