This past week, the country of Uganda celebrated their Independence Day on October 9th! The national celebration was held in Luuka District, approximatly 10 miles away from our school in Iganga. Uganda's President, Yoweri Museveni, presented medals to those in the Army and members of Parliament for the good work and positive impact they are making in Uganda.

MD Standard School Update

As we began our new term last month, our staff returned to school and found our fence, kitchen, and one of our classroom's damaged from the rain and wind. Thankfully, our staff arranged for the repairs to be made and classes resumed as expected on September 26th.
