This discussion will focus on how technology will enhance the learning environment for students of the future, and may in some cases, also have a negative impact.  Things to consider: increased access to educational resources; global reach to provide resources to under-served populations; less face to face time between educators and students; too much dependency on technology (resulting in loss of effective teaching skills)
