This debate will look at how health care is provided to society.  In some countries affordable health care is provided to all citizens/residents of a country, in other cases it is restricted to those that can afford it.  Health care can be looked at as the preventative care given to an individual in order to prevent health issues, or corrective care to address an existing health condition.
